Pricing for 2011 rentals Minimize
 

Basic rental for 4 hour event using the Dunvegan room and kitchen area: $500 ($385 for nonprofit organizations)  plus a mandatory $45 janitorial fee.

Additional time is available at $80 per hour.

Basic rental for 4 hour event using both the Dunvegan room and Glenmore room: $650 ($485  for nonprofit organizations) plus a mandatory $75 janitorial fee.
Additional time is available at $100 per hour.

 

A deposit of $100 is required in advance to reserve The Skye.  This serves also as security deposit.  This amount is refunded completely following event if the facility is undamaged and other contractural obligations are met.

Optional ammenities:
8' tableclothes - $5 each
6' tableclothes - $5 each
60" round tableclothes - $5 each
Napkins - $.25 each
Tableskirts - $10 each
Chaircovers - $3.00 each

Sound system - $    (includes use of microphones)
Projector/DVD & VCR - $

Stage platforms - $10 each (4 4'x4' platforms available)
